Discover the environmentally friendly book protection filmolux® libre organic, made from more than 50% Bio-PE. The bio-based polyethylene, comes from renewable sources and thus binds CO2 from the atmosphere. The green Bio-polyethylene contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional polyethylene, which is made from fossil materials. It also has the same application and performance characteristics as petrochemical polyethylene. Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic that is 100% recyclable and burns completely to CO2 (carbon dioxide) and H2O (water).

PE films contain no plasticizers and no heavy metals. They are physiologically harmless.

filmolux® libre organic is REACH-compliant and therefore APEO- and BPA-free. Furthermore, the adhesive and film used are plasticizer-free. The new book protection film is easy to apply due to its reduced initial adhesion. Small film defects can be easily corrected on smooth surfaces. The printed grid on the silicone paper also makes it easy to cut to size.
